Zoe Thompson - Front Sight Student of the Week

My name is Zoe Thompson and I'm from Lake Tahoe, Nevada.  I'm currently a pilot at Jet Blue and I'm based out of Boston.  Before that I was a flight instructor so I've been a pilot for a little over twelve years now.

I came to Front Sight on a recommendation some friends that have been here several times and highly recommended it.  At first I wanted nothing to do with guns and was actually scared of them.  I had never shot a gun before in my life.  I had just no interest at all to get into guns and I finally got talked into coming to Front Sight just recently.  And wow, it's amazing how you can take someone who has never held a gun and in four days make them completely confident and can actually hit a target right on.  I had a great time with everyone in class.  You have all different types of people, every occupation, every age.  And just a great experience especially with the instructing, with the safety.
