Video Transcript:
There's wolves, there's sheep, there's shepherds. The staff of a shepherd is what keeps the sheep safe and that firearm is the staff of a shepherd.
I'm Irwin Carmichael and I'm from Charlotte, North Carolina. I work with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office in Charlotte. Our county is approximately a million people.
I came to Front Sight.... I've been to shooting schools for many, many years and this is my third visit to Front Sight and it is just incredible. The techniques, the new information, cutting edge is here at Front Sight.
All the training, the schools that I've been through over the years, the shooting schools, there is nothing that can touch Front Sight. It is amazing what a person will learn and the life skills that can actually keep an officer safe. I've been in Marshall Arts for almost forty years and I own three full-time schools and nine part-time schools and I started with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office in 1986 and I am now currently a captain with the Sheriff's Office and my main job is training. I train all the new officers when they come in and I also do safety classes (some other program I can't hear). I do high profile transports.
