Frank Mir - Front Sight Student of the Week

My name is Frank Mir. I'm a two time heavyweight champion. I have the record for the most submission wins. Also the most victories in the Heavyweight Division. I've trained my whole life in the world of Marshal Arts and because I've always fought full contact, there was no room for error. So it's given me a good format to judge other combat arts on what's being realistic. So what drew me to Front Sight was that I saw that they had format not to just teach a few specialized, high speed guys that are Delta Force guys. Here you have individuals, some of us have never even fired a firearm and they are getting them off to be better than 95% of the people that are being paid to carry firearms.

Part of being a husband and a father is the protection and security of my family. Because of marshal arts I've realized the limitations of the human being so I've always wanted to have weapons training. I wanted top-notch professional training.
