At the conclusion of this course, you will be proficient at disassembly, reassembly, cleaning, lubrication, identification of worn or damaged parts, and parts replacement. You will be trained in diagnosing and fixing recurring malfunctions. After-market parts and modifications are discussed, with an emphasis on what products work and what products won`t. Additionally, you will know the best parts manufacturers to choose from and which ones to avoid. This course is a must if you want to glean the decades of experience Front Sight`s staff has in keeping your weapons running properly.
You obviously need to bring an AR-15. Feel free to bring working guns, non-working guns, problem guns, and any parts you would like to install. DO NOT bring parts that will require machining or major fitting to install.
Listed below are the tools you need to participate in this course. If you already own many of these tools, just purchase those you need to complete the list. You may purchase the necessary tools anywhere but we recommend Brownell`s at (800) 741-0015 or www.brownells.com. Front Sight does not offer these tools for sale.
