The Ultimate Alaskan Resort for Outdoor Adventures and Training
Our Mission is Clear Front Sight Alaska provides the very best personal safety training.
Why Did We Choose Alaska? The Combination of Qualities Was Impossible to Beat! As with everything we do at Front Sight, we didn’t settle for anything less than the best. The criteria for selecting the location of our northern facility were:
- Cool and pleasant summer climate
- Easy access to lodging, dining, and transportation services
- Firearms friendly (Class III and concealed weapons reciprocity)
- Unbeatable trophy fishing for numerous species
- Internationally recognized big game hunting
- Outstanding upland bird and waterfowl hunting
- Terrific lake, river, and ocean adventures
- Abundant hiking and camping activities
- Breathtaking sightseeing
Alaska in general, and the Kenai Peninsula in particular, offered the world’s best combination of the elements we wanted.
Front Sight Alaska Offers the Best Personal Safety Training Front Sight Alaska provides the Training you and your family need to stay safe and productive, not only at home and in your neighborhood, but also in the wilderness. What better place to learn these skills than in the last frontier of Alaska! How Does Front Sight Alaska Differ From Front Sight Nevada? Both Front Sight Alaska and Front Sight Nevada share common themes; world-class training, the best staff in the industry, and flawless service. Both facilities are owned, managed, and operated by the same individuals so quality and consistency are absolutely guaranteed. Our Alaska and Nevada facilities compliment each other well. During the summer months, come to Front Sight Alaska for first-rate training and unbelievable recreation. During the rest of the year come to Front Sight Nevada for world-class training as well as city life, opulent hotels, world-renowned dining, and million-dollar stage shows.
Our corporate philosophy and business practices successfully guide Front Sight Alaska, Front Sight Nevada, and all future Front Sight facilities.
Getting to Front Sight Alaska is Easy Most people fly into Anchorage which is a very cosmopolitan city of 260,000 people and the hub of Alaskan activity. Rent a car and drive 160 miles south to the Kenai Peninsula and the city of Kenai. From Kenai, follow the road map for a 20-minute drive to Front Sight Alaska. See our Traveling Here link for more details. Alaska is farther west than you may know and has its own time zones.
Two Front Sight Facilities, What’s Next? Front Sight enjoys a minimum of 40% growth each year due to the huge positive response of our students and members and the exploding demand for our training and recreational services. We look forward to continued future expansion and offering more facilities around the country, more courses, more course dates, and most importantly, many more satisfied Front Sight clients.
Expect Only the Best at Front Sight Alaska When you arrive at Front Sight Alaska, you will be impressed with the professionalism of our staff, as much as our facility and surroundings. You and your family will receive the absolute best training in firearms, dangerous game safety, hunting and fishing prep, and children’s Alaskan adventures.
